For me it’s the tagline “Time has come to push that button” over and over again chafes my arse. Moreover, I am not particularly fond of the soundtrack song choice. The 2024 GMC Hummer EV TV spot titled “The Time Has Come” is set to a track by The Chemical Brothers.

The main instrumental is reminiscent of a Bollywood dance track. ‘The music does not mesh with the commercial,’ which was a poor choice for this commercial’s music track. Furthermore, the crab-walk feature was overused as a feature of the Hummer.

On the other hand, the Hummer crab-walk feature probably comes in handy if you are trying to park in any of the tight parking spots in India. (Push that button)
